It tracks a case by receipt number, explains what each status means with the USCIS source cited, shows published processing times and the Visa Bulletin, flags a case that has waited longer than USCIS's own published time, and lists free legal help — accredited representatives, legal aid, pro bono representation, and attorneys — by state.
