What "alongside" means, concretely

• Export. Every letter on your own letterhead; a CSV of clients and cases by reference number, never by name.
• Your calendar. An ICS feed — subscribe once in Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar, and every client's deadlines show up with their reference in the title.
• CMS-1696, pre-filled. The Appointment of Representative form names you automatically wherever a case needs one.

Privacy, said plainly

No client identity is stored. A client is a label and a reference number you choose — never a name, never a Medicare number. The professional-use Terms addendum covers what this means for your own client relationship and consent.

Link it to your records

Each case in CaseWhy Appeals has a copyable link you paste into the notes or custom field of your own system — Clio, LegalServer, a CRM, or a spreadsheet. Each case also has a field for the link back to your own record, so you can open your system from CaseWhy Appeals in one click. No integration work, no password shared with us — two free-text fields.
